Will MacNeill co-founded A&W Consulting in 2011 after graduating at the top of his class from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
His areas of focus include 3-D solid modeling, mechanical stress and force analysis, microcontoller integration and automation and iterative engineering analysis.

Adam Kistler Co-Founded A&W Consulting after graduating from University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2011.
Adam's specialization lies in the area of electronic circuit design, programming for integration into electromechanical devices or as stand-alone electrical devices.
